To whom may concern, Nanny Dong Huizhen was my 10-month-old son’s live-in nanny in Shanghai in 2023 for almost half a year. We had to end it because we had finished our family reunion in China and flew back to LA. During those days, Huizhen was very professional about taking care of my baby which exceeded my expectations, such as knowing how to develop a baby’s concentration and how to react to the baby’s fussiness, other emotions, and scenarios in the right ways. It shows that she is well-trained and intelligent. In fact, Huizhen is very productive and efficient too, she cleaned the living room when the baby took naps and cooked for us as needed. She had no problem traveling with us as well which helped a lot. Furthermore, she truly loves children from her heart which I can feel from her eyes and actions. One time, my son scratched her nose badly, she did not even mention it. When I found the mark on her skin and seriously told my son that it was not right, Huizhen said it was okay and explained to me that he had no bad intentions. That was very impressive because I had hired a couple of nannies and with a similar scenario, the other nanny complained about it instead. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness.
